I've been posting on veganism

Hi everyone,

Long time no speak. I became a vegan! So I started writing about it on my blog.

Echoing the subtitle of Michael Pollan's Food Rules, "an eater's manual" blog is a collection plate for students in Loyola University New Orleans' "Green Literature" course who have agreed to experiment with the rules laid out in Pollan's book. The experiment will run at least the length of the Fall 2010 semester. And this site will record the successes, pitfalls, challenges, and elations of attempting to realize that "the way we eat represents our most profound engagement with the natural world" (Pollan, The Omnivore's Dilemma).
